In my opinion, Brad handled the interactions I had with him pretty well. The website also lists the scents within their profiles. Shipping was very prompt and arrived within a week of the conversation we had!
User Experience
The package came together without any damage. Everything was wrapped in bubblewrap to add cushioning to the glass bottles. Labeling is nice, a letter was written on the invoice sheet!
Price/Value
$19.99 for a 1 Oz. Beard oil is within the market average, in my personal opinion, if you took it down by at least a $1, as I didn’t see any oils within the carrier blend that necessarily stuck out! However, the essential oils used are of good quality, which could be the reason it is priced that way!
